The Firm’s Corporate Legal Services Program provides comprehensive retainer based services for more than 100 credit unions. The Program offers credit unions the same array of legal services that large bank holding companies provide to their members. Services include: annual Legal Analysis of Strengths and Weaknesses, Attorney-on-duty service offering unlimited telephone consultation, on-demand advice and decisions, monthly and quarterly newsletters, design of new programs and financial products, and adversarial proceedings.
The Firm deals with credit union management on an everyday basis and our attorneys have come to understand the importance of operational considerations. Too often, attorneys view legal matters with tunnel vision and fail to understand the importance of practical and marketable forms and procedures.
